Welcome! My name is Sara Duncan and I am a licensed massage therapist here in my home state of Delaware. A graduate of The Academy of Massage and Bodywork, I am an insured member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. I'm trained in various modalities of therapeutic massage and bodywork including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Swedish, reflexology, aromatherapy, Integrative Muscular Movement Technique, sports massage and Bamboo Fusion. My passion is finding the tension, stressors and pain within my client's muscular system and creating a personalized approach to promoting long term systemic relief, ultimately guiding the body towards homeostasis.
